I am a user experience architect with two-plus years of experience conducting user research and analysis, writing competitive landscape analyses, generating findings and requirements documentation, producing wireframes and prototypes, writing specification, and conducting usability testing. Working in fast-paced teams requiring creativity and communication, I have researched and designed web-based social media applications, identity management tools, and mobile applications for iOS.
While gaining experience as a UX architect, I have also pursued my PhD in Technical Communication and User Experience Design. My research combines theory and practice by examining the user experience of communication networks and tools that enable user-generated content and connect technologies from across the web.
